Training

CRITERIA FOR SELECTION OF GUARDS

Our selection process is demanding and the rejection rates are high but this process provides our Customers with Officers in whom they can feel totally confident. we are always careful to assess any training and development needs that they may have and to address those needs as part of the Contact lead in period.

We follow very stringent recruitment norms. All our security officers and guards must meet a 'Reference Check' criteria. The minimum qualification for a guard is matriculate and for Security Officers Graduation. We screen not just the service records but also get an antecedent verification done and train to ensure that our guards are alert and prepared for any kind of contingencies. Our selection procedures are benchmarked against the best in the global security industry. All our guards irrespective of their background and qualification have to clear an internal written examination. Thereafter they are interviewed twice; first by the supervisor and then by the Unit Manager, before being finally inducted.

  1. Age : 18 to 40 yrs

  2. Gender : Male & Female

  3. Chest :  Normal 32” to Expansion 34”

  4. Education : 10th Std Pass / Fail and above

  5. Height : 164 Cms.

  6. Our present strength is 1800 (Male / Female Guards)

Our mission is to provide a highly trained & experienced  security Personnel to perform the duties outlined by the client. At EGMS, we continuously strive to provide a reliable and experienced security service utilizing the very latest in security management technology and updated training methods. At EGMS we know that training and supervision are the keys to success when it comes to guard force management, that is why we conduct internal training with our own instructors from Indian Armed Forces Background and operate around the clock random site supervision. For many security companies, their job stops when the officer leaves for an assignment. At EGMS, it is only the beginning of a sophisticated operation that utilizes the Security Management System that operates 24 hours per day to ensure that all aspects of the client’s security requirements are met.

Our three tier training programme consists of:

  • Basic Induction Course

  • On the Job Training

  • Refresher courses - Classroom courses and OJT

Basic Induction Course

We have 5 days stringent training schedule covering under-mentioned aspects of security business:

  • Visitor Handling

  • Maintenance of Records

  • Etiquettes, Gestures and Manners

  • Emergency procedures

  • Crisis management

  • Turnout/Uniform

  • Fire safety etc.

  • First aid
